However, if you experience any issue with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a transparent and hassle-free resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid invoice must be provided with the return request.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured equipment.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Refund Policy
  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • In the case of a replacement, a new product will be dispatched only after verification and inspection of the returned item.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Share clear images or videos of the product highlighting the issue for verification.

  3. After approval, ship the product to our designated return address.

  4. Refund or replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
